Outside Kidz scours the globe to find the coolest stuff possible. We strive to use U.S. domestic suppliers to get you the goods quickly. But, because we work with suppliers from all over the world, our shipping times can be slightly longer than usual. Here’s the scoop on our shipping policies:
Shipping Costs
Shipping is FREE when you purchase from us!
Where We Ship
We currently only ship within the United States. If you're off our map, drop us a line at Support@OutsideKidz.store and we'll see what we can do!
Processing Time
We hustle to process your orders within 1-2 business days. Orders on weekends or holidays? They get the VIP treatment first thing on the following business day.

Express Shipping: We currently do not offer expedited shipping
Shipping from Multiple Suppliers
Your order might come from different suppliers, so items could arrive separately. We’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info for each shipment.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
Delivery Dilemmas
Contact us at Support@OutsideKidz.store if it has been more than 3 days after your expected delivery date, and we’ll sort it out.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Stuff happens. If your order is damaged or lost, contact our customer service team at Support@OutsideKidz.store for assistance. Keep all packaging and damaged goods handy. And don't forget to take photos!
International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Incorrect Addresses
Double-check your address! We’re not responsible for packages sent to wrong addresses. Realize you goofed? Email us ASAP at Support@OutsideKidz.store and we'll see what we can do.
