Refund policy
Hey Outside Kidz! We want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, here’s how we handle returns:
Easy Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. Return items within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure they're unused and in the original packaging. Follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Shoot us an email at Support@OutsideKidz.Store with your order number and the reason for return. If damaged, don't forget to share photos to show us how badly we messed up!

Get Approval: We’ll review your request and send you return instructions if approved.

Ship It Back: Pack up your items and ship them to the address we provide. You're responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it (not in a creepy way). If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
Uh-oh! If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us at Support@OutsideKidz.Store within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable (think: final sale, personalized items, etc.). We'll make it clear if an item cannot be returned.
Return Address
Returns should be sent to the address we provide in your return approval email. Don’t forget to include a note with your order number inside the package!
